On both the table and stacking chairs carpenters have crafted using full mortice and tenon joints and are built to last many years
All of our Teak is sourced from the Indonesian Departments Perum Perhutani’s located in central Java. The logs are sourced bought for and then our suppliers take them to undergo strict procedures for furniture production including drying and constructing to component parts. They use machine construction where possible
The component parts are doweled glued aand screwed and all mortice and tenon joints are incorperated again where applicable.
whether the item or set is assembled or to be assembled the work already done at the factory makes it a very simple procedure to get your furniture in situ
As you already probably know because teak is the ultimate tropical hardewood it is the best suited to our ‘great’ british summers and can indeed be left out through all seasons.
The colour of the teak will fade to a lovely ‘silver’ colour but if you want to keep the golden colour then applying teak oil yearly will keep the colour but this is just cosmetic as teak is an extremely durable wood and will last without oiling
Parasol and pads shown are availible to buy seperately
